These terms cover your use of litroutes.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you’re agreeing to them.

We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your order.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send an acknowledgement email, but the contract only forms when we email to confirm the item has been dispatched.
We can decline an order if the item is out of stock, we’ve made a pricing error, or we can’t deliver to your address. If we’ve already taken payment, we’ll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order.
We try hard to keep prices accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we’ll contact you before dispatch. You can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at the point of payment.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, though we’ll tell you if anything is likely to take significantly longer.
Risk passes to you when the item is delivered.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, get in touch and we’ll either resend it or refund you.
5. Returns
Our full returns policy is on a separate page and forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days to change your mind, and your statutory rights on faulty goods are unaffected.
6. Product descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative — colours can vary slightly between screens, and packaging may differ from images shown.
7. Our liability
We’re responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
We don’t limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
We aren’t liable for business losses. These terms cover consumer use only.
8. Using this website
You may not use this site in any unlawful way, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors.
9. Your personal data
We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. In short, we use it to fulfil your order and won’t sell it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
11. Complaints
Email us at travel@litroutes.com and we’ll aim to respond within 2 working days.
If we can’t resolve things, you can use the Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law. If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
